Pam Jaslove and Friends: Songs and Stories from the American Songbook

Pam Jaslove connected with some of Detroit‘s great jazz players early on in her music career. Her roots are in Jazz and the American Songbook where she is a band leader and songwriter. She currently shares the stage with talented and world-class musicians as she performs in leading Detroit area venues. Pam will perform the standards just as they were written and at times add her own interpretations. You will hear songs from artists like Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra, Peggy Lee, Louis Armstrong and many others. Songs that come from the American Songbook, and are a unique and true American art form. They inspire us, like a snapshot from the past. The music and her stories will bring back treasured memories and capture the moment in a way that is timeless. With her unique voice that has garnered much attention, she never forgets to bring passion to her performance. Formally trained with the areas leading vocalists and musicians, Pam is ready to make the music come to life with songs and stories about the people who changed the American music landscape.
